1-year Warranty

This Limited Warranty is offered directly by the seller, Nexus Link LLC DBA Maxandfix.

This Limited Warranty is specifically assigned to the initial buyer and cannot be transferred along with the product. The terms mentioned in this Limited Warranty are defined either within this document or, if not defined here, within the Terms of Service, which can be accessed on the website maxandfix.com.

1. Coverage Details: This Limited Warranty grants specific legal protections, and you might also have other rights which can vary by state. Under this warranty, the seller assures the original buyer that the product, purchased via Maxandfix and evidenced by a valid purchase receipt or invoice, will be free from material and workmanship defects under normal usage for a period of twelve (12) months following the date of delivery (the “Warranty Period”). Should any defects become apparent during the Warranty Period, they are presumed to have been present from the time of delivery.

2. Return and Repair Process: The customer is responsible for arranging the return of the product within 24 hours after the buyer completes the online return form and submits any required documentation, as detailed in section 5 of this Limited Warranty. Maxandfix will issue a return label to the buyer for shipping their product back. The cost of this label will be borne by Maxandfix if the claim is valid under this warranty, and by the buyer if not. Within five business days of receiving the returned item(s), the seller will propose a replacement, repair, or refund. In cases of replacement or repair, the seller will cover shipping costs for the repaired or replacement item to the buyer. In cases of defective products, subject to legal allowances, the remedies provided herein are exclusive and exhaustive.

3. Exclusions: This Limited Warranty does not cover:

   • Oxidation or rusting of the product,
   • Damage or failure due to accidents,
   • Unauthorized modifications or repairs which affect the product's functionality,
   • Misuse, abuse, neglect, incorrect handling, improper installation, lack of regular maintenance, or use of incorrect power supply,
   • Losses exceeding the product's original or replacement value,
   • Interference from or conflicts with other electronic devices, unauthorized software modifications, or hardware alterations.
     
     

4. Other Limitations:

   • Implied Warranties: Unless otherwise prohibited by law, any implied warranties including those of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are limited to the duration of this Limited Warranty.
   • Damage Limitations: The seller is not liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data arising from any warranty breach, under any legal theory, regardless of whether the seller was advised of the possibility of such damages.
     
     

5. Warranty Claims: To claim warranty service, buyers should initially contact us through Maxandfix account, contact form, or the chat. If unable to do so, they should call Maxandfix at (888) 305-6227 for further assistance. For detailed instructions on how to proceed with a warranty claim, buyers should visit the specified webpage.

6. Warranty Status: This Limited Warranty is not an insurance policy, and no buyer or third party has any rights as an insured or third-party beneficiary under this warranty.

7. Applicable Law: This Limited Warranty shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflicts of laws principles.
