With the release of iOS 16.0.2, a number of problems affecting the mobile platform have been fixed.
Earlier this month, Apple unveiled its most recent assortment of iPhones and mobile platforms, and a few obtrusive issues soon became apparent to users. The good news is that the technology giant has already published patches to address the problems as part of the iOS 16.0.2 upgrade. The update addresses a number of issues, including those related to the iPhone 14 Pro's camera's incompatibility with third-party apps including Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat.
The camera view on the screen shakes when users launch certain apps and use the phone's rear camera, and the phone makes grinding and rattling noises. According to Apple's patch notes, the update resolves a problem where the "camera on the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max may shake and create fuzzy photographs while shooting with some third-party apps." The manufacturer provided no further information regarding the issue, however it's probable that the apps' interactions with the device's optical image stabilization technology contributed to the rattling noises.
The update also addresses the repeated appearance of permission requests while attempting to copy and paste material between apps, which is a bothersome issue. Ron Huang, a senior manager at Apple, previously acknowledged that the behavior was "definitely not expected," but said that the company was dealing with it. Other problems will also be fixed in iOS 16.0.2, including one that makes the device's display go dark during setup and another that makes some iPhone X, iPhone XR, and iPhone 11 displays unresponsive to touch input after they've been serviced.
Since the launch of the new iPhone 14 Pro, there have been more problems, including data transferring from another iPhone, which consumers claim is unresponsive. Additionally, many of Apple's key functions, including iMessage and FaceTime, have launch issues and do not function as intended.
Additionally, it appears that the iPhone 14 occasionally fails to accept iMessage or FaceTime calls. 9to5Mac advises you to adjust your app's settings if this problem still persists after you update to the newest version of iOS.
Go to 'Cellular' in your Settings and turn on your phone line for iMessage. Tap Messages, then Send & Receive, while you're still in Settings. Choose the phone number that will be the recipient of your iMessages. FaceTime is the same way. Navigate to Settings, select FaceTime, then press the phone number you want to use for the app.
