Maxandfix Trade In Program Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Maxandfix Trade-In program. By participating in this program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Age Requirement

   • You confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

2. Ownership and Authorization

   • You affirm that you either own the device you are trading in or have the necessary authorization from the owner to trade it in.

3. Non-Reseller Confirmation

   • You confirm that you are not acting as a reseller.

4. Device Status

   • Your device is free from any leases, contractual commitments, or third-party interests.

5. Transfer of Ownership

   • Upon completion of the trade-in transaction, ownership of your device transfers to Maxandfix.

6. Data Responsibility

   • You are responsible for backing up and deleting all data on your device. Maxandfix will not be liable for any data left on the device.

7. Inspection and Valuation

   • Trade-in eligibility and values are subject to Maxandfix’s inspection. If the inspection results differ from the initial description, if Find My iPhone is not deactivated, or if the device is not received within 14 days, the quoted trade-in value may be revised. You will be contacted to accept or decline any revised offer.

8. Finality of Transaction

   • The trade-in transaction is final and cannot be canceled by you unless there is a change in the quoted value, which you decline.

9. Legal Compliance

   • Any personal information you provide as part of this trade-in may be shared with law enforcement by Maxandfix as required by law.
